**Clothing:**
 
- **Mandatory:** Jumping socks (anti-slip) or trainers. You can also buy FlipSocks on site, these offer perfect grip on the trampolines. The socks can of course be used again and again 🧦
- Wear sporty or comfortable clothing so that you feel comfortable
- For hygienic reasons, your clothing must cover your stomach at all times
- Please also make sure that no ribbons, cords, etc. are sticking out; belts, caps and piercings should be removed. Due to the risk of injury, the clothes should not have any hard pieces of metal or plastic.

- The warm-up takes place 5 minutes before your booked FlipTime
- You should therefore be at the FlipLap at least 30 minutes before your time to ensure that you can start on time!
