Our story began in 1985 when Ahmet Erkasap first introduced his unique Döner in a small butcher shop. His special meat skewer, made from pure meat and a secret blend of spices, quickly attracted visitors. The passion for quality meat has been passed down through generations – the name Erkasap literally means “master butcher” in Turkish. Homemade recipes and family specialties are still part of our philosophy today.

Now, Metin Erkasap, Ahmet’s grandson, and his partner Sinan Sari lead the restaurant with the same dedication. Their vision: reinvent KeBAB by offering fresh, high-quality, and innovative Turkish specialties. Every meat skewer at The BAB is 100% pure, without additives or chemicals, highlighting the best of traditional craftsmanship.
