poinz × Visa Public Viewing at Urbansurf Zurich

What a setup. What a community.

Together with Visa, we welcomed nearly 600 guests to Urbansurf Zurich on June 13 for a public viewing event. Even though the match between the Swiss national team and Qatar didn’t quite deliver the expected excitement from a sporting perspective – the 1:1 equaliser in the final minute was hard to take – the event was still a great success thanks to the amazing atmosphere and our community.

Beyond the match itself, visitors enjoyed a variety of highlights. From a football shooting wall challenge to the big poinz competition, plenty of prizes were won – including Swiss national team jerseys, official World Cup balls, 100-inch TVs, and grills. A special highlight was the live jersey printing station: 25 national team shirts were personalised and handed out on site.

Another standout moment was the performance by Zurich-based artist Dodo. His 30-minute live concert created an incredible vibe and perfectly set the mood for the match. Combined with the spectacular sunset, the Urbansurf setting, and the Prime Tower in the background, it created an atmosphere you don’t experience every day.
